1. This is a neighborhood incinerator.

 

2. It is located on a neighborhood street in the city of Suzhou, China.

 

3. It is used to burn trash, so people won’t dump their trash into the canal, nor will trash have to be hauled off to a landfill.

 

4. The sign tells how to use the incinerator, what can be burned in it, and what hours people are permitted to use it.
